On Sunday, 10 March 2013 we looked into the hope we have as Christians. A Greek philospher once said: “Give me place to stand – and I will move the world.” In Christ Jesus we have been given this place from which God can move our inner world and our outer world. In Jesus all the hope, the forgiveness, the healing, the peace of God are there for us. In Jesus we have a firm anchor for our soul.  “We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain, where Jesus, who went before us, has entered on our behalf.” (Hebrews 6:19-20a). The sermon includes also three stories of people achored in Christ. Download it here and read it up for your own edification and Bible study. The children’s address dealt with the Word of God as a treasure in our hearts. (BF, HF)
